1. Charging Equipment Installation Case

  • If a customer opts for a vehicle along with charging equipment installation, the booking amount shall remain refundable only until the charging equipment is installed.
  • In case the customer requests cancellation after installation of the charging equipment, the booking amount shall not be refundable.
  • Upon such cancellation, Tecla EV reserves the right to:
    • Uninstall the charging equipment directly or through an authorized third party.
    • Take possession of the installed charging equipment.
    • Adjust the booking amount toward deinstallation and related service charges.

2. Without Charging Equipment Installation

  • If the customer has not opted for charging equipment installation, the booking amount shall remain refundable until the full payment of the vehicle is made.
  • Once the customer completes full payment toward the purchase of the vehicle, the booking amount shall become non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • All eligible refunds shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment in compliance with applicable RBI guidelines.

4. Return Policy

  • No returns shall be accepted once the vehicle has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • Vehicles sold by Tecla EV are non-returnable due to registration, ownership transfer, and statutory compliance requirements.

5. Important Clarification

Customers shall not be eligible for any refund once the complete purchase amount for the vehicle has been paid.

Customers shall be eligible for refunds only on the booking amount, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
