Delivery Related Issues

If a customer receives a damaged vehicle at the time of delivery:

  • The customer must record a continuous and uninterrupted unboxing video.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The opening process
    • The complete condition of the vehicle
    • Visible damages (if any)

This video serves as essential evidence to confirm whether the damage occurred before or during delivery.

Customers must:

  • Immediately contact Tecla EV customer support
  • Share the complete unboxing video
  • Provide invoice copy and any additional requested documents

Claims may be delayed or rejected if a proper uninterrupted unboxing video is not submitted.
